Synopsis
“Seoul Extreme”, a travelogue series exposing the flavours, sights and sounds of Seoul, as seen through the eyes of Michelin-starred molecular gastronomy chef, Alvin Leung.
Go on an urban journey with Alvin as he tries famous street foods and other famous Korean delicacies. Then, see as he uses his unique extreme molecular techniques and extreme culinary expertise to deconstruct new dishes inspired by his culinary journey in Seoul, all in order to amaze and adapt to his local tasters’ buds.
